de Livier present PacifiCooks, several weeks of authentic Mexican
dining with some of Latin America's most popular Master Chefs,
as well as culinary artists from Mexico, July 12th through July
30, 2008 at Pueblo Bonito's Sunset Beach Resort & Spa in
Los Cabos, Mexico.

Some of the exciting culinary activities include cocktail receptions,
dinners, tastings, and wine pairings with Pueblo Bonito Master
Sommelier Juan Carlos Flores and five All-Star Dinners featuring
the culinary artistry of some of Mexico's finest master chefs:

Enrique Olvera - Enrique is the owner and chef
of Mexico City's famous Restaurante Pujol. In addition, he has
been a consultant to Frito-Lay and Don Julio Tequila, and will
become Executive Chef of Mexicana Airlines as of July 1st.

Guillermo Gonzalez Beristain - As an award-winning
chef and owner of Grupo Pangea, he also creates the menu selections
for five of the best restaurants in Monterrey, Mexico.

Benito Molina - Hailing from Ensenada, which
touts the noted restaurants La Manzanilla, Silvestre, and Muelle
Tres, Benito presents his own style of Mexican flair.

Paulina Abascal - As Executive Chef of Mexico
City's Trico Pastry Shops and host of the Pasterleria.mx TV
show, Paulina has been named Mexico's most famous pastry chef.

Federico Lopez - Co-founder of Ambrosia Culinary
Academy, he manages a banquet company in Playa del Carmen.

Ricardo Muñoz Zurita - Named by TIME
Magazine as a prophet and preserver of the Mexican culinary
tradition, his Café Azul y Oro, with two locations, "are
among Mexico's most beloved restaurants."

LaFrida, located at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach
Resort & Spa, as well as Fellini's, located

vegetables and spices in his own artistically adventuresome
